This image was taken underground(approximately 50 feet), looking up from the bottom of a slot canyon in Paige Arizona. Slot canyons are carved out of the sandstone by rain that has over time gone underground and washed away the softer sand. It is a good idea to check the weather when planning a trip to these underground canyons as flash floods can occur and can be deadly.
